NAVIGON Products have two types of resets, a soft reset and a hard reset. A soft reset will restart the software but will not delete the Bluetooth paired phone. The hard reset will clear the memory and delete and Bluetooth paired phone.

Soft reset: Press internal reset button on bottom of device with narrow-tipped instrument

Hard reset: Press and hold power button for 8 seconds.  Release power button.
